# Return & Refund Policy

### 1. Overview

Phygitals Inc. ("Phygitals," "we," "us") operates a digital collectibles commerce platform where users purchase and open digital packs containing tokenized representations of authenticated physical trading cards and collectibles. Due to the nature of our products — randomized digital pack openings — all sales are final once a pack has been opened. This policy outlines the limited circumstances under which returns, refunds, or credits may be issued.

### 2. Digital Pack Openings — All Sales Final

Once a digital pack has been purchased and opened, the transaction is final and non-refundable. Pack openings involve randomized distribution of collectible items, and the contents cannot be returned or exchanged after reveal. Unopened packs that have not yet been revealed may be eligible for a refund within 48 hours of purchase at our discretion.

### 3. Instant Buyback Program

Phygitals offers an Instant Buyback feature on eligible items. When available, users may sell back items at the posted buyback price. Buyback transactions are processed as store credit or platform balance and are final once confirmed. Buyback pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

### 4. Physical Redemptions

Users who redeem digital items for physical delivery should inspect their items upon receipt. If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, users must contact <support@phygitals.com> within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved claims will be resolved through replacement or store credit at our discretion. We are not responsible for items damaged by the shipping carrier after delivery confirmation.

### 5. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe an unauthorized transaction was made on your account, contact <support@phygitals.com> immediately. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a refund or credit. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

### 6. Technical Errors & Platform Issues

In the event of a verifiable technical error during a transaction — such as duplicate charges, failed pack delivery, or system errors that prevented proper completion of a purchase — Phygitals will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund, credit, or redelivery of the affected items.

### 7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Phygitals support may result in suspension or termination of your account. We encourage users to reach out to our support team to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute with their payment provider.

### 8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report an issue, contact us at <support@phygitals.com> with your username, transaction ID, and a description of the issue. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as platform credit within 5–10 business days.

### 9. Changes to This Policy

Phygitals reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to transactions made after the effective date of the update.
