# Redemptions and Shipping

### Card Redemption Process

At Phygitals, redeeming your cards is simple and secure. Once your cards are vaulted, they can be easily redeemed directly from your Phygitals collection. Every card on Phygitals can be redeemed for its physical counterpart. After submitting your redemption request, you’ll be required to pay for shipping & handling fees, and any applicable taxes or duties.

#### Sealed Product Redemption Process

When redeeming a sealed product, users will be required to pay a shipping fee. These fees are typically higher than card shipping fees due to their larger size and weight. As with card redemptions, users are also responsible for any applicable customs, duties, VAT, or import taxes. Please be aware of the costs and fees associated with international shipping, as well as the regulations in your country. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

#### Redemption Timeline and Expedited Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on your location. In the U.S., shipments are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary due to strikes and public holidays. While international orders may take longer due to customs procedures.

#### Physical vs. Digital Ownership

While your card’s digital twin is active in your collection, the physical card remains securely stored in our vault. If you decide to redeem your physical card, the digital version will be deactivated. This ensures that each asset exists either physically with you or digitally on the Phygitals platform, but not both at the same time.
