Account Management

Guide to managing your Phygitals account, including authentication methods, wallet management, guest accounts, security settings, and account deletion.

Overview

Phygitals provides multiple methods for adding funds to your wallet and withdrawing funds from the platform. Whether you prefer using a credit card, transferring cryptocurrency, or swapping tokens from another network, we offer flexible options to suit your needs.

All on-platform balances are held in your Phygitals wallet. The primary currency on Phygitals is USDC (USD Coin), with additional support for USDT and SOL. This page explains each funding and withdrawal method in detail, including associated fees and processing times.

Adding Funds

There are several ways to add funds to your Phygitals wallet. Choose the method that best suits your situation. Each method has different processing times, fees, and requirements.

Credit / Debit Card

The simplest way to add funds is with a credit or debit card. Phygitals integrates with our payment processor to facilitate card-based deposits.

  • How it works: Select the "Add Funds" option from your wallet, choose the credit/debit card method, enter your card details, and specify the amount you wish to deposit. Our payment processor handles the payment and converts it to USDC, which is deposited directly into your Phygitals wallet.

  • Accepted cards: Major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and other supported networks.

  • Currency: You pay in your local fiat currency (e.g., USD). The funds are converted to USDC and deposited into your wallet.

  • Processing time: Card deposits are typically processed within minutes. In some cases, additional verification may cause a short delay.

  • Fees: Card deposit fees are displayed before you confirm the transaction. Standard card processing fees apply.

  • Security: All card information is processed securely by our payment processor. Phygitals does not store your full card details.

Note: Card payments may be processed through different payment processors depending on the context of the transaction.

Embedded Wallet Funding

Embedded Wallet Funding provides an additional method for adding funds to your Phygitals wallet through Privy's integrated funding infrastructure.

  • How it works: Access the Embedded Wallet Funding option from the "Add Funds" section of your wallet. Follow the prompts to fund your embedded wallet using the available payment methods provided by Privy.

  • Availability: Embedded Wallet Funding availability may vary based on your region and account status.

  • Processing time: Funds are typically available within minutes of a successful transaction.

  • Fees: Any applicable fees will be displayed during the funding flow before you confirm the transaction.

Cross-Chain Swap

If you hold cryptocurrency on other networks (such as Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, or others), you can swap those tokens to USDC on Phygitals using our integrated cross-chain swap feature, powered by our cross-chain routing provider.

  • How it works: Select the "Cross-Chain Swap" option from the "Add Funds" section. Connect the external wallet holding your source tokens, select the source chain and token, specify the amount, and confirm the swap. The transaction is routed to deliver USDC to your Phygitals wallet.

  • Supported source chains: A wide range of networks is supported. The available source chains and tokens are displayed in the swap interface.

  • Fee: Applicable platform fees are displayed before you confirm the transaction. These are in addition to any network gas fees or bridge fees incurred during the swap. The total cost, including all fees, is displayed before you confirm the swap.

  • Processing time: Cross-chain swaps typically complete within 1-15 minutes, depending on the source chain, bridge used, and network congestion. Some routes may take longer.

  • Slippage and routing: The routing provider automatically finds the best route for your swap, optimizing for price and speed.

Important: Cross-chain swaps involve routing through third-party services. Cross-chain transactions carry inherent risks including processing delays. Only swap amounts you are comfortable with.

Direct Transfer

If you already hold USDC, USDT, or SOL on the Solana network, you can transfer them directly to your Phygitals wallet address.

  • How it works: From the "Add Funds" section, select "Direct Transfer" to view your Phygitals wallet address. Send USDC, USDT, or SOL from any Solana-compatible wallet to this address.

  • Supported tokens: USDC, USDT, and SOL on the Solana network.

  • Processing time: Direct transfers are confirmed within seconds, subject to network confirmation times.

  • Fees: There are no Phygitals platform fees for direct transfers. Standard network transaction fees (typically fractions of a cent) apply and are paid by the sender.

  • Important: Only send Solana-based tokens to your Phygitals wallet address. Sending tokens from other blockchains (e.g., Ethereum ERC-20 USDC) directly to this address will result in a permanent loss of funds. If you need to bridge from another chain, use the Cross-Chain Swap method described above.

Withdrawing Funds

Phygitals offers two primary methods for withdrawing funds from your wallet. Both methods are available to fully authenticated users (guest accounts must convert to a full account to withdraw). KYC verification may be required for withdrawals, particularly for larger amounts.

Bank Withdrawal

You can withdraw funds directly to your bank account through our integrated payment processor.

  • How it works: From the "Withdraw" section of your wallet, select "Bank Withdrawal." Enter your bank account details (or select a previously saved account), specify the withdrawal amount in USDC, and confirm. Your USDC is converted to fiat currency and a transfer to your bank is initiated.

  • Supported currencies: Withdrawals are converted from USDC to your bank's local fiat currency (primarily USD).

  • Processing time: Bank withdrawals typically take 1-3 business days to arrive in your bank account after the withdrawal is initiated, depending on your bank and region.

  • Fees: Withdrawal fees are displayed before you confirm the transaction.

  • Gas fees: Phygitals covers all network gas fees associated with withdrawal transactions. You do not need to hold SOL in your wallet to cover gas.

  • KYC requirement: Bank withdrawals may require completed KYC verification.

Wallet Withdrawal

You can withdraw funds directly to an external wallet address.

  • How it works: From the "Withdraw" section of your wallet, select "Wallet Withdrawal." Enter the destination wallet address (or select a connected external wallet), choose the token (USDC, USDT, or SOL), specify the amount, and confirm the transaction.

  • Supported tokens: USDC, USDT, and SOL.

  • Processing time: Wallet withdrawals typically confirm within seconds.

  • Fees: There are no Phygitals platform fees for wallet withdrawals.

  • Gas fees: Phygitals covers all network gas fees for withdrawals. You will receive the full withdrawal amount without any deduction for gas costs.

  • Important: Double-check the destination wallet address before confirming. Transactions are irreversible, and sending funds to an incorrect address will result in permanent loss. Phygitals cannot recover funds sent to the wrong address.

Supported Currencies

Phygitals supports the following currencies:

  • USDC (USD Coin): The primary currency on Phygitals. All item prices, wallet balances, and pawn loan values are denominated in USDC. USDC is a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the US Dollar, issued by Circle.

  • USDT (Tether): Accepted for deposits and available for withdrawals. USDT is a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the US Dollar. USDT balances may be automatically converted to USDC for platform use in some contexts.

  • SOL: The native network token. SOL can be deposited and withdrawn. SOL held in your wallet may be converted to USDC for platform transactions.

All platform pricing, marketplace listings, and financial services (pawn loans, etc.) are denominated in USDC. While you may hold USDT and SOL in your wallet, USDC is the standard operating currency for all platform activities.

Fees

Below is a summary of fees associated with adding and withdrawing funds on Phygitals:

  • Credit/debit card deposits: Processing fees are displayed before confirmation.

  • Embedded Wallet Funding: Fees, if any, are displayed during the funding flow.

  • Cross-chain swap: Applicable platform fees plus any third-party bridge and network gas fees. Total cost displayed before confirmation.

  • Direct transfer (deposit): No Phygitals platform fees. Standard network fees (paid by sender) apply.

  • Bank withdrawal: Withdrawal fees are displayed before confirmation.

  • Wallet withdrawal: No Phygitals platform fees. Gas fees are covered by Phygitals.

Phygitals strives to keep fees transparent and competitive. All applicable fees are clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction, so you always know the cost before proceeding.

Processing Times

The following table summarizes typical processing times for each funding and withdrawal method:

  • Credit/debit card deposit: Minutes (typically instant to a few minutes).

  • Embedded Wallet Funding: Minutes.

  • Cross-chain swap: 1-15 minutes, depending on source chain and bridge route. Some routes may take up to 30 minutes during periods of high congestion.

  • Direct transfer: Seconds (subject to network confirmation).

  • Bank withdrawal: 1-3 business days after initiation.

  • Wallet withdrawal: Seconds (subject to network confirmation).

Processing times are estimates and may vary based on network conditions, payment processor load, banking system delays, and other factors outside of Phygitals' control. If a transaction is taking significantly longer than expected, please contact our support team.
